* Monthly club fee of R30 must be paid in advance, every month to enable the Club member to make use of the “money back” that vests in the members profile.
* Should a Club member’s fee not be paid then the club member will not be able to access the “money back” until such time as the club fees are paid up to date.
* The “money back” earned by a club member will never fall way. Should a club member die, the club member will be allowed to name a recipient in his/her will that can inherit the Club Fees.
* “Money back” that vests in the club member’s profile may not be redeemed for cash.
* Club members must pay in cash (card payment) for all delivery charges.
* “Money Back” may not be used to pay for courier cost.

- If you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- No Refunds will be done in cash but exchanges are accepted, provided items are returned to us in perfect condition, unworn and within the original packaging. We will happily replace an item for a different size if fitting is not correct.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
- On all custom made goods we are not able to exchange or refund.
- We cannot by law exchange Any Lingerie items
- You can only earn Shop points OR “Free Money” when you make a purchase with your card on the website.
- Your Shop points OR “Free Money” may only be used once
- Your Shop points OR “Free Money” will not expire and you may build up your Shop points OR “Free Money”.
4.1 Whilst every effort has been made by us to ensure the proper performance of this Website, the accuracy of the information, prices and images and their liability of the binary data on this Website, we do not guarantee the availability of services, stock, content and information offered on this website or the accuracy of the information and/or images on this Website.

- Payment options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card and cheque card payments via the website.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these terms and conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

10.1 Credit card and cheque card transactions will be processed via PayFast Ltd. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption and no credit card and cheque card details are stored on the Website.
